Warranty

We warrant that our products will arrive free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty does not cover damage from improper use, accidental breakage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear that naturally occurs with regular use. It also excludes issues caused by improper installation or handling by the customer.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us through our contact page and provide clear photos showing the issue. We will review each claim individually. Approved warranty resolutions may include replacement, partial credit or refund at our discretion.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not extend to commercial or heavy industrial use of our goods.

This warranty sits alongside our standard return policy. Eligible items can still be returned under our published return terms when they fit return requirements.
